(3-26-2012 Pete repaired my computer again today. One day turn around!!! I could not be happier, great customer service.) I brought my computer to pete for repair. he took a look at my computer, explained to me what upgrades were needed. two hours later the work was complete!! WOW! i highly recommend this service and could not be happier. he is a great communicator and an honest guy who has pride in his work.

I can not thank Pete enough for helping out my 83 year old father. He has saved the day twice so far and will be the first number called whenever we have computer problems. He was able to fix my fathers printer and clean his whole computer out, ridding it of viruses. When my father needed him a second time Pete troubleshot the problem over the phone and was able to give simple steps for my father to resolve the problem himself! His prices are fair, he is a professional and clearly knows what he is doing. He really makes a great efforts to help and solve the problems. He responds immediately even on weekends.

I had a problem with my wireless connection. I contacted 3 home service companies in Las Vegas and Pete was the only one that even responded. He was up front with the pricing estimate. We scheduled a time convenient for the both of us and he showed up on time. He looked at the problem, did some research on how to fix and, before you know it, all was good. He did a great job and the price was good. I'm happy and will use him again.
